We usually ship within 3–5 working days. Delivery timelines vary based on location. Kwerq Werq is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at kwerqwerq@gmail.com with order details and photos. All other sales are final.
