Minor variations in color, shape, or pattern (every piece is handmade β small quirks are normal!)

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or reported after 48 hours

Custom or personalized items

If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or via the original payment method, based on case-by-case review

Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days after return approval

No refunds on COD handling fees or shipping charges
