At Kwerq Werq, each piece is handmade with love β€” and we want you to love what you receive. That said, we only accept returns or exchanges in very specific cases:


βœ… Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Items that arrived damaged

  • Items that are incorrect or mismatched from your order

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at kwerqwerq@gmail.comΒ within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue


🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Change of mind, style, or size preferences

  • Minor variations in color, shape, or pattern (every piece is handmade β€” small quirks are normal!)

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or reported after 48 hours

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted products


πŸ’Έ Refunds:

  • If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit or via the original payment method, based on case-by-case review

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval

  • No refunds on COD handling fees or shipping charges

  • In most cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
